Class Action Final Approval Status
Lakso-Hoellinger & Rudberg v. UHS Class Action Settlement: We are pleased to report that on March 6, 2008, the court granted final approval of the class action settlement . Congratulations to all class members and thank you for your support throughout the litigation. If you did not opt out of the settlement then you can expect to receive payment by May 31, 2008. Therefore, please make sure to keep our office and/or the settlement administrator, Simpluris, Inc. apprised of any address change in order to ensure that you receive your settlement check on time.
Arrowhead Class Action Settlement: On December 18, 2007, the court granted final approval. Accordingly, if you made a timely and valid claim, you can expect to receive your settlement payment by the end of March 2008.
Rubio's Class Action Settlement: Final Approval has been entered and checks will be sent to all class members' who made a timely and valid claim. The first installment was sent by the claims administrator on or about September 4, 2007 and the next two installments are to be mailed on or about January 28, 2009 and July 28, 2010.
Clarkson v. Kmart Class Action Settlement: The court granted final approval and entered judgment on December 19, 2007. Accordingly, if you made a timely and valid claim you can expect to receive your settlement payment by the end of March 2008.
